До питання вибору репертуару у фаховій підготовці диригента.

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблеми виконавського репертуару для студентів у класі хорового диригування, окреслюються основні принципи та критерії його вибору. Пропонуються можливі варіанти хорових творів, у яких, на думку автора, міститься потрібний технічний та художньо-образний матеріал для здійснення поетапного та ґрунтовного розвитку майбутнього фахівця – керівника хору.

The significant drawback of music education in general, conductor, in particular, is the lack of attention of teachers to the choice of students’ music repertoire, because purposeful, systematic development of the future specialist is first and foremost the strategy in the sequence and timeliness of introducing into the repertoire of works that will contain not only abilities for gradual acquiring the proper technical skills of mastering the conductor apparatus, but also have the potential for significant artistic development, to ensure the accumulation of numerous and bright artistic impressions. One of the important tasks facing the teacher is to capture the student in the artistic way of the work; to stimulate him or her to independent analysis of the means of artistic expressiveness of the performer’s repertoire, to be curious at the stage of searching for the correct understanding of the idea of the work laid down by the author; “living” the plot, the ability to convey personal vision to the choir and to convey this image to the listener. The purpose of the publication is to analyse the state of the problem of the performing repertoire for students in the class of choral conducting in the scientific-pedagogical literature, to outline the basic principles and criteria for its selection, to propose possible variants of choral works, which, in the author’s opinion, contain the necessary technical and artistic material for implementation of the step-by-step and thorough development of the future specialist – choir leader. The results of the research proved that training of the future conductors to work with choirs of different directions (folk, academic, variety, church) requires mastering of diverse palette of musical repertoire. For the versatile education of the future conductor it is pedagogically appropriate to use in the repertoire of folk songs, school songs, works of small form (choral miniature), samples of classical choral music, works of large form and transcriptions for the choir of instrumental and pop songs. Therefore, the orderly choice of teaching repertoire, strategically distributed over the entire period of study, helps the student to master the proper range of choral conducting skills.
